Tempeh & Spinach Tikka Masala

INGREDIENTS
1 jar of Bay's Kitchen Tikka Masala
200g tempeh
200g spinach
20g sesame seeds
15 grams of coriander
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 lime
To serve:
Basmati or pilaf rice

PREPARATION
- Cut tempeh into chunks and marinate in Bay's Kitchen Tikka Masala Sauce overnight or for a few hours.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over low heat, add tempeh cubes and fry for 10 minutes. Then add the spinach leaves.
- Meanwhile cook the rice.
- Remove the tempeh from the heat and add chopped coriander and lime to taste.
- Serve with a sprinkling of sesame seeds and rice.
