INGREDIENTS PREPARATION

 

1 Glas Bay's Kitchen Sweet & Sour

2 chicken breasts

4 skewers

30g cashew nuts

15g Coriander

5g Turmeric

5ml vegetable oil 

 

 

 

  1. Cut the chicken into large pieces and marinate in Bay's Kitchen Sweet & Sour Sauce for 1 - 2 hours (overnight if possible).

  2. Divide the chicken onto the 4 skewers.

  3. Cook on a grill or in the oven at 200°C / 180°C fan oven for 20 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile, chop the coriander and rub the activated cashews with turmeric and oil.

  5. Roast the cashew nuts in the oven for 6 minutes at 200°C / 180°C fan oven.

  6. Once the chicken is cooked, place on a plate and sprinkle with coriander and cashews. Season to taste.

  7. Serve with rice and limes.
