INGREDIENTS PREPARATION

1 Voice Bay's Kitchen Mild Korma

1 little Aubergine

2 Chicken drumsticks

200g baby spinach leaves

20g Toasted coconut flakes

20g Roasted Almonds

15g Coriander

1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Basmati rice or gluten-free Indian bread

  1. oil heat in a pan sliced Chicken drumsticks add and fry for 10 minutes.
  2. Aubergine Dice, add to the pan and cook until soft (about another 10 minutes), then add the spinach leaves and 3 minutes cook.
  3. The Bay's Kitchen Mild Korma Add sauce and cook for another 2 minutes heat.
  4. From the Take herd, add coriander and to season; to taste
  5. The roasted almonds and coconut flakes on top scatter.
  6. With Rice or gluten-free Indian bread to serve
