The world's first enzyme blend that targets FODMAPs directly so you can stop avoiding your favourite foods. It breaks down fructans, GOS and lactose, which are the poorly digested carbs that can trigger gut symptoms like abdominal pain, excessive gas, bloating, constipation, and diarrhea.
When sprinkled on or mixed with high FODMAP meals, FODZYME® begins breaking down problematic FODMAP molecules into smaller and more digestible ones.
With FODZYME®, less than 10% of fructan remains in the stomach after 30 minutes (in vitro model). FODZYME® specifically breaks down triggers in the stomach, before they can reach or affect the bowels.

Directions & serving size
Sprinkle 1/4 tsp (0.75g) dose of powder on trigger food right before eating. Sprinkle a second dose if still eating after 30 minutes.
Avoid water - The powder works best when mixed directly with your meals, while water can diminish the effect of enzymes.
Chew & Savour - When possible, chew well to help the enzymes integrate with FODMAP's and activate instantly.
Don't heat up - Avoid adding the powder to your cooking, as enzymes will deactivate at very high temperatures.
Dose up if needed - If you're eating for more than 30 mintes, we recommend adding a booster dose midway through.
