Shipping policy

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 4 days of receipt.

1. Delivery

We send all our packages to your home with the Swiss Post. the PostPac Priority will be sent by post on the following working day and thePostPac Economy within two working days after task. 

We also deliver Germany and Austria. We ask you to note the corresponding import costs for this.

2. Shipping costs - Switzerland

Our prices are manageable, because for our fast delivery we charge you the following rates, depending on the weight of your order:

PostPac Economy:

  • Bubble bag up to 250g CHF 3.00 (without tracking, at your own risk)
  • Pakete bis 2 kg CHF 6.50
  • Parcels between 2 kg - 5 kg CHF 8.35
  • Parcels between 5 kg - 10 kg CHF 9.30
  • Parcels between 10 kg and 20 kg CHF 13.90
  • Parcels between 20 kg and 30 kg CHF 20.40

PostPac Priority:

  • bubble bag bis 250g CHF 3.50 (without tracking, at your own risk)

 2. Shipping Costs - Europe

Deliveries within Europe are sent from Germany. The following shipping costs apply:

Belgium

  • Shipping - incl. tracking & incl. insurance: EUR 9.76

3. Shipping Materials

We want to use as little additional material as possible with our online shop and shipping to you. For this reason, we try to recycle as many materials as possible that we receive from our supplierscycle. So it may be that you have recycled packaging material in your package. We think it's still better to continue using this than to use new, plastic-free material. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible without additional material and without plastic packaging material. However, we are always examining new packaging materials so that we can completely dispense with additional plastic packaging material as soon as possible.When packing, we make sure to pack the ordered items as well as possible so that they reach you safely. However, if something should break, please report this to us immediately by email: info@fodcorner.ch

For each order we charge CHF 1.- for the packaging material.

4. Broadcast received

As we mainly ship groceries, we are concerned that our packages will get to you as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email from us with the tracking number of your package when it is shipped. From the time of the attempted delivery by post, you are responsible for the speedy receipt of your package. Please plan your order so that you can also accept the package. Parcels that are not picked up from the post office or not picked up on time will be returned to us, but we still have to charge you for the costs.

5. Complaint

Please check our delivery to you immediately and report missing or damaged products to us within 2 days by email: info@fodcorner.ch

6. Exchange/Return

Since our products are perishable consumer goods, we unfortunately cannot grant you the right to exchange them.

7. Payment

If you have decided to pay by Paypal, credit card or Sofortüberweisung, then you don't have to worry about anything after placing your order. You will only receive an invoice in the package to check the products sent.
