INGREDIENTS PREPARATION

1 Glas Bay's Kitchen Tikka Masala Sauce

2 Pike Fillets

30g cashew nuts

15g Coriander

1 lime

1. Marinate the pike fillets in Bay's Kitchen Tikka Masala Sauce overnight or for a few hours.

2. Place on a baking tray, season and cook at 180°C / 160°C for 10-15 minutes (until the pike fillets are opaque and can be easily pierced with a fork).

3. Remove from the oven and season with chopped coriander and lime.

Serve with cashews and rice.
