The Good Gut Tea Blend is a herbal tea mix from Nutrition A-Z, a nutrition practice in Zurich. It contains peppermint, liquorice, lemon balm, ginger and dandelion root. The mint adds freshness, the liquorice a natural sweetness and the ginger a little warmth.
- Loose herbal tea blend of five ingredients, with no added flavourings
- Naturally caffeine-free
- 40 g, enough for about 20 to 25 cups
How to use it: Pour a cup of hot water over 2 teaspoons of tea and leave it to brew for 5 minutes. In summer it is also good chilled as iced tea.
