The products have the following best before date:

Store in a cool and dry place below 25°C. No refrigeration is required to store unopened jars. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 2 days.

Heat in a saucepan for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally or alternatively place in a bowl and heat briefly in the microwave.
