With Massel’s Traditional gravy powder you can make a brown gravy without onion or garlic. The gravy is entirely plant-based and goes with roasts, pan-fried strips of meat, meatloaf and mash, as well as roasted vegetables. It is ready in a few minutes.

How to use it: Mix 2 heaped tablespoons of powder with 20 ml of cold water until smooth. Top up to 250 ml with boiling water and stir until the gravy thickens. For more flavour, stir in the meat juices from the pan.
