Fody Taco Seasoning (73 g)

Fody’s Taco Seasoning is a spice blend of sea salt, chilli, cumin, paprika and oregano. It gives mince, tofu or roasted vegetables a taco flavour, without the onion and garlic powder often found in ready-made taco mixes. For tacos, burritos, fajitas and bowls if you follow a low FODMAP diet for IBS.

How to use it: According to the manufacturer, add 2 tablespoons to about 450 g of mince or crumbled tofu and fry them together. You don’t need any other spices. The blend is already salted, so only season to taste at the end. Recipe idea: Muffin-tin taco cups with beef mince.
