|1 Jar Bay’s Kitchen Tikka Masala Sauce
2 Hake fillets
30g Activated cashew nuts*
Pilau or basmati rice to serve
1. Marinate hake in Bay’s Kitchen Tikka Masala Stir-in Sauce overnight or for a few hours.
2. Put in baking tray season and cook at 160 degrees for 10-15 mins (until fish is opaque and easily flakes with a fork).
3. Take out of the oven and add chopped coriander and lime to taste.
4. Serve with activated cashew nuts* and rice.
