Fody’s Ranch Style Seasoning is a herb blend with parsley, dill, mustard, black pepper, tomato and lemon peel. Stirred into lactose-free yoghurt, it makes a dip or dressing in the style of American ranch dressing, without onion, garlic or milk powder. Dill and parsley give it its main flavour.

How to use it: For a dip, according to the manufacturer, stir 1 tablespoon of seasoning into 60 ml of lactose-free yoghurt, chill and serve with vegetable sticks or crisps. For cooking, use about 1 tablespoon per 450 g of meat or vegetables, for example on roast potatoes or chicken.
